| Jobs Ready
Insite Injury Management Group has partnered with web application provider Expr3ss!™ to provide suitable rehabilitees with a "Job-Ready" service.
This unique service uses an Internet based "Virtual Job Board", private to selected and invited employers. The jobs posted on the Virtual Job Board will be generic roles that suitable job-ready rehabilitees can be encouraged to apply for. The selected, authenticated employers can review applicants for the generic jobs that are applicable to their industry, having the resume, appropriate screening question responses, appraisal of the rehabilitee's characterological traits and medical advice all easily to hand in one secure internet location. The Expr3ss! web-service streamlines decision-making and communication with attendant cost-reductions for all parties.
Job ready applicants with job goals categorised into occupation titles in which they are interested and for which they have been determined as suitable complete the "Virtual Application", including uploading their resume, completion of pre determined screening questions relevant to the particular position, completing the Expr3ss! Checklist inventory of personal characteristics and a pre employment medical/fitness evaluation (if applicable).
We believe that there will be cost savings and great benefits for both rehabilitees and the
selected employers:
Benefits for Rehabilitees
Signifying to suitable rehabilitees that they are job ready and should apply for a role (or roles) on the virtual job board, sends a strong signal that they are entering a new phase of the rehabilitation journey. Once in which they are active partners in re-engaging in meaningful work and not the passive recipients of a place in a "sheltered workshop".
By simulating a real job application process we believe that the Job Ready rehabilitee will experience a boost in self-esteem, gain valuable experience in constructing a proper resume and making a formal application for a job and will become actively re-engaged in their own work choices and take responsibility for their own future.
Benefits for Employers
Selected and suitable employers can develop a feel for the range of job ready rehabilitees available to them, engaging them more actively in the process and emphasising that the placement of a rehabilitee is akin in every way to engaging a new employee, albeit with extra responsibilities (and benefits) associated.
Providing the web service streamlines rehabilitee placement and linking to specialised occupational groupings specially-tailored to the needs of individual employers, renders the employer's recruitment process more efficient and reduces costs whilst offering rehabilitee job seekers serious consideration for real vacancies.
Our vision of Expr3ss! Job Ready! Virtual Job Board is to replace the somewhat ad-hoc way in which job-ready rehabilitees have previously been placed in suitable rehabilitation employment with a professional service that better resembles the real world, with consequent benefits to all. We believe that the service will actively publicise and promote the opportunities to afforded to all parties and form the focus of an active interest in rehabilitation employment opportunities for both employers and rehabilitees.
InterPersonal Profiling Smooths Rehabilitation Paths for InSite
Insite Group have discovered a rapid, simple early assessment tool which smooths the rehabilitation path.
We are using InterPersonal Profiling, a web based assessment better known for its effectiveness in providing Better People Intelligence(R) for recruitment and team dynamics.
Free of theoretical bias or constraints, it's a practical, empirical and most of all useful Australian tool.
Developed in the field from the experiences of real people in real situations with the proven high rehabilitee acceptability so essential in the current demanding environment.
Insite benefits from InterPersonal Profiling's 20 years experience in the field and a research database of more than 14,000: taking guesswork out, streamlining rehabilitation decisions and cutting costs.
InterPersonal Profiling gives Insite vital and timely information of real relevance to the rehabilitation process. Easily and quickly identifying rehabilitee's make-up helps Insite forecast rehabilitation pitfalls and return to work risks, avoiding costly mistakes.
For example, rehabilitees over-eager to please will typically be at risk of re-injury when returning to work, being reluctant to say no and over-extending themselves. Equally the truculent, untrusting and rebellious rehabilitee will need careful and sensitive management of a very different kind.
Insite uses InterPersonal Profiling to get these factors right and improve case outcomes.
InterPersonal Profiling is an effective choice for Insite, delivering tools for rehabilitation decision-making resulting in speedier, more durable and smoother case management outcomes.
