Interpersonal Profiling
Insite Injury Management Group incorporates a unique tool to enhance the initial rehabilitation assessment through Interpersonal Profiling by Better People Intelligence.
This form of profiling comes from a unique field of research with its origins in “therapeutic endeavor” rather than "people-measuring".
It accurately predicts how each individual will react to pressure and stress, allowing a real understanding of how to best integrate these responses into return to work planning.
By administrating this 5-8 minute assessment to our initial needs assessment we will endeavor to identify invaluable information:
- Predicting habitual and stress responses
- Forecasting team interactions and dynamics
- Predicting & solving people problems
We then incorporate these results in our recommendations to identify the "best-fit" plan for the injured worker thus avoiding the frustrations and costs of repeat or unsustainable placement.
There may be a wide range of suitable duties available that fit the physical profile however may not be the best options psycho-socially or behaviorally. Our recommendations will provide essential intelligence to the employer, team leader, case manager or rehabilitation professionals of how to best manage the injured worker particularly where the choice is limited.
